Registration Form for the Conference of Experts “Electronic Data Preparation for Signalling”

Please note the following points that are necessary when completing the registration form:

• Deadline of registration: 31.08.2016
• A participation fee is required to be paid after receipt of invoice, which will be delivered after the deadline of registration.
• The participation fee is fixed including the entrance fees for all of the programmes  and evening events (museum entrance fee, evening meal, etc.). No discount on the participation fee is provided.
• Please confirm the exact billing address by your company beforehand, subsequent changes or alterations are very costly based on experience.
• Please make sure to apply for an order number by your company, in case one is needed, before you fill out the registration form by filling in the blank space “Ordner number”.
• Your will receive an automatic confirmation email of your registration after successful submission. The list of participants can be accessed by registered participants after logging in with a password, both of which can be found in the confirmation email.

Cancellation

A cancellation fee of 20 Euros will be charged for cancellations received till 31.08.2016, 35 Euros for those received afterwards. Participants who cannot attend the conference are encouraged to transfer his/her place to another person for free.
