The CERSS Kompetenzzentrum Bahnsicherungstechnik is concerned with providing engineering and research services in the fields of transport engineering and safety science, particularly with regard to railway systems.

The close cooperation with the Chair of Railway Signalling and Transport Safety Technology at the Dresden University of Technology with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jochen Trinckauf being the scientific director ensures not only the access to first-class technical equipment but also to excellent scientific and technical staff.
